Latvia ranked 44th, down by one position. Estonia was ranked above Slovakia, Qatar and Hungary, but below Cyprus, Malta, and Andorra. Lithuania was above United Arab Emirates, Portugal, and Latvia, but below Barbados, Poland, and Chile. Latvia was behind Portugal, but above Argentina. |
